At Simply Good Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that coffee equipment is in its original packaging and that coffee beans remain unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included for equipment returns.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
